Musik – Girls’ Generation – The Boys | girls bring the boys out~ “I can tell you’re looking at me, I know what you see, any closer and you’ll feel the heat. You don’t have to pretend that you didn’t notice me, every look will make it hard to breathe…” Halo, selamat hari senin lagi kawan~ Hehe, mengawali minggu ini, saya akan membagikan salah satu lagu favorit saya dari sebuah girlband Korea ternama, Girls’ Generation – The Boys. Seperti apa ulasannya? (udah kayak acara musik deh~)

Lagu yang ditulis oleh Yoo Youngjin, Teddy Riley, Taesung Kim, DOM, dan Richard Garcia ini sendiri dirilis sebelum album “The Boys” meluncur, tepatnya pada tanggal 18 Oktober 2011. Lagu yang ber-genre ‘electropop‘ ini dirilis dalam 2 versi sekaligus, English dan Korean.“The Boys”, merupakan sebuah lagu yang dinyanyikan oleh girlband dengan personil 9 orang Girls’ Generation. Lagu ini adalah lead-single dari studio album mereka yang rilis pada tanggal 19 Oktober 2011, “The Boys”.

Nah, menurut pandangan saya pribadi, ada beberapa hal yang membuat lagu The Boys ini unik. Pertama, lagu dirilis dengan dua versi, dimana saya lebih suka dengan cara menyanyi Girls’ Generation di versi Korean. Tapi, saya juga suka dengan versi English, karena liriknya yang lebih mudah dipahami. (agak ribet ya~)

Kedua, video musik lagu ini sangat-sangat keren! Video dimulai saat Yoona mengambil bongkahan kristal hitam. Lalu video berlanjut dengan para personil Girls’ Generation yang berjalan dengan slow-motion di bawah hujan petal bunga mawar (ini bagian yang paling saya suka!).

Lanjut di sebuah ruangan dengan desain futuristik, mereka mulai menyanyi dan menari. Juga tak lupa, mereka bernyanyi dan menari di sebuah area berpasir yang berkabut. Tarian berhenti sesaat ditengah lagu, dimana Yuri, Yoona, Hyoyeon, dan Sooyoung bernyanyi rap. Untuk yang penasaran dengan lagunya, silakan lihat video musiknya (versi English) di bawah ini :
